Louise Lennox

Bachelor of Business, Chartered Accountant

Louise joined Saywells in 2004 after many years experience in commercial business. Now a Chartered Accountant, Louise has risen to the role of Accounting Manager where her combined experience in accounting and hands on in small business make her a great resource for our business and individual clients.

With nearly grown children, Louise enjoys spending her few moments off work sightseeing around the Hunter and Mid-North Coast and is now about to dive in the deep end and start building a new home.

Tye Olsen

Bachelor of Commerce, CPA

With 7 years experience in local accounting practice, Tye is a valuable member of both the Saywells team and an active community member.

Working towards his CPA qualification and having just been promoted to the role of Senior Accountant, Tye is our in-house SMSF (Self Managed Superannuation Fund) expert.

A keen soccer player, Tye’s spare time is spent teaching his young son to kick goals. Tye and Louise will be sharing building stories in 2011 as he too is about to start building a new home for his family.

Nicole Shellshear

Bachelor of Business, CPA (nearly complete)

Degree qualified and with her CPA almost finished, Nicole joined Saywells in early 2011 in the role of Senior Accountant. With 20 years experience in banking and accounting Nicole has a good insight into the financial needs of a wide range of clients.

Nicole’s few spare moments away from work and her studies are spent “horsing around” indulging her keen interest in matters equestrian.

Julie Vivian

A recent addition to the team at Saywells, in the role of Assistant Accountant, Julie has extensive hands on experience in business: management accounting, bookkeeping and administration.

An MYOB expert, Julie will be a valuable resource for many of our small business clients.

Julie is actively involved in our local community as a volunteer supporting her young family’s interests.

Debbie Palazzi

Bachelor of Business, CPA

Debbie joined the team at Saywells in 2008, where in her role of Accountant, she focuses on providing management accounting services for international horse breeding and racing clients.

With Saywells part time, Debbie comes to work for a rest from her active brood of four little future accountants.
